Shipping policy

Terms of Conditions for refunds, returns or exchanges :

For all return/exchange requests please contact info@huntingandcollecting.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us as soon as possible to reserve another product/size.

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having been received. You have the right to open the package and check the content but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

  1. When you purchased an item before sales and would like to return it in a period of sales, the item will keep its non-sale price.
  2. All shipping costs and custom costs are to be paid by the customer in both ways : From Store – to Customer – to Store in case of a return and in case there are extra return custom costs.

Items bought on sales, from the good deals or with promocode cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.



How to make a return?

Products may only be exchanged for other products available  at huntingandcollecting.com. Goods can be returned in three different ways, which are described below. All returns and exchange shipping costs and custom cost (both ways : Customer – Shop - Customer) are to be paid by the customer.

  1. All international returns must be sent by Fed Ex only. International return without a tracking number will not be accepted. Please email tracking number to : info@huntingandcollecting.com
  2. Return by post (Belgium customers only)
  3. Returns via our shop in Brussels, Belgium

If you wish to send back the whole or part of the order we will refund the amount you have paid. If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the card that you used for payment via Paypal. We will not refund the cost of return shipping costs.
